SHIPPING POLICY

 

I use a special carrier for my delicate shipments. The carrier will call you to agree on a delivery date and time.

Frames can only be purchased in The Netherlands due to high shipping risks. 

What does the shipping cost?

All Dutch purchases will be shipped to your location, for FREE. For the rest of the world the shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. 

Handling time 

Most of my art is made to order so this means it will be made especially for you. The production time depends on the complexity of your made-to-order item. After I make the item it goes through a thorough inspection.

At this moment the production time is max. 3 weeks. Need it quicker? Send me a message. through the website or via why@yvetteheeren.nl

 

Oh no, where’s my package?

Go to the contact page and ask me a question and i''ll do my best to try to trace the package. Contact me at least three days after the planned date of arrival. Please bear with me when it takes a little longer.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address.

The quickest way to correct this error is to contact me via why@yvetteheeren.nl or Instagram. (why_yvetteheeren)

I received a wrong or a broken item.

Send me a message by email why@yvetteheeren.nl and i'll fix it! 

Can I return my art work?

Well, yes you can. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. This is possible if there is something wrong with your art work or you didn’t get what you asked for. 

Returning your items at your own cost and risk unless it is something I should've done better. I can only refund your purchase if I receive it and if it is in perfect condition.
